Dedicated to the traditional purity of the Tea Ceremony.

Mai Thi attended 茶道 or Sado (Traditional Tea Ceremony) on a visit to Japan and was compelled to capture this moment as a watercolor.

This Andon is dramatic and colorful, with 3 sides of artwork on high quality Washi (Japanese Paper) and a wax-stamped final panel.

Hand finished in raw linseed oil, art is affixed with the Japanese traditional glue method. It is illuminated via a portable warm LED light within the base, with USB Type-A connection, it works with phone charger to wall, or battery packs.
